Basic Direct Cremation

Our Basic Direct Cremation service includes: 

  • Removal from anywhere in Pennsylvania (no mileage charge)
  • Preparation of all documents
  • Care, shelter, and refrigeration of the deceased (embalming is not required)
  • Cardboard container for the body
  • Cremation process mostly through the Cremation Society of Pennsylvania Crematories using our 10-Step Security and Control System to insure the integrity of the remains
  • Filing of the death certificate
  • Obtaining certified copies of the death certificate
  • Assistance in placing an obituary (newspaper fees, if any, not included)
  • Notification of Social Security and Veterans Administration, (where applicable)
  • Temporary cardboard container for cremated remains
